When I first made the apple watch charging dock I had the idea of making the apple logo on it light up by using the charger itself, but it was too complex. So I made a Christmas Tree and a Makey that has an LED inside powered by the Apple Watch’s wireless charger. I designed the tree and the makey with an empty inside and something to fit under it with space for a coil. When the coil is on the charger, the LED gets the electricity from it and starts lighting up. Its a cool ornament and on further stages I am thinking to make the apple logo on the charging dock light up. The files are on my Thingiverse too.
